International Students
There is a Global demand for Helicopter Pilots! Congratulations on taking your first step toward a new and exciting career as a professional Helicopter Pilot. All American Helicopters Flight School is pleased to announce that we are authorized to issue M-1 Visas to International students. We are delighted that you are interested in training in the United States, and we look forward to working with you.
Our Commercial Pilot Program is designed to take you from zero hours to Commercial Pilot in the fastest possible time, while providing you with the superior training at an affordable price. Our goal for you at All American Helicopters is to help you realize your full potential and be the most professional Helicopter Pilot possible. The Commercial program includes Private and Commercial certificates.
Our Professional Pilot Program includes the Private and Commercial certificates as well as an Instrument rating. Many employers require an Instrument rating. You will be more marketable and a better pilot if you have an Instrument rating.
Airplane Pilots, visit our Add Ons page if you would like to add a Helicopter rating to your existing Airplane certificate or rating.
We also teach Private, Instrument and Commercial as individual courses if you are interested in only doing one of these certificates/ratings.
Our Chief Pilot/Chief Flight Instructor, Gene LaCoste, has thousands of hours and is military trained (two star General). Our training helicopters are brand new 300 CBI and 300C models. They are fully instrumented and are extremely well maintained by Aircraft Precision Maintenance Inc.

We are an FAA Part 141 certified helicopter flight school. Part 141 training requires following a flight training curriculum that has been approved by the FAA. Our Chief Flight Instructor has to meet stringent requirements, including taking annual checkrides with the local FAA Examiner to maintain our Part 141 certification. Our helicopter school is subject to regular and random FAA inspections of school facilities, aircraft, student training records and instructor records. This means that our Flight School has to meet the highest possible standards in well maintained aircraft at all times. Click here to read about our facilities and high maintenance standards.
